​總會不接收掛號信件或郵資不足的信件。為確保郵件順利送達，請在寄送郵件時支付足額郵資，並註明回郵地址; 回郵信封請貼上足夠回郵郵資。所有因以上原因而導致本會未能收到相關信件，本會恕不負責。

The federation do not accept registered mail or mail with insufficient postage. To ensure successful delivery, please pay the full postage and indicate a return address when sending mail . Please affix sufficient return postage on the return envelope. The federation will not be responsible for any undelivered mail due to the above reasons.

為響應環保，本會並不會主動提供收據。
如需收據，須於活動完結7天內郵寄申請並附上回郵信封並註明欲取那項目之收據，會在收到回郵信封及活動開始後14日內將收據寄出。

To align with our environmental protection policy, the Federation will not issue receipts automatically.

If a receipt is required, a written request must be submitted by post within 7 days after the end of the event, accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope specifying the event receipt requested. The receipt will be mailed out within 14 days following the event's commencement and receipt of the self-addressed envelope.
