​總會不接收掛號信件或郵資不足的信件。為確保郵件順利送達，請在寄送郵件時支付足額郵資，並註明回郵地址; 回郵信封請貼上足夠回郵郵資。所有因以上原因而導致本會未能收到相關信件，本會恕不負責。

The federation do not accept registered mail or mail with insufficient postage. To ensure successful delivery, please pay the full postage and indicate a return address when sending mail . Please affix sufficient return postage on the return envelope. The federation will not be responsible for any undelivered mail due to the above reasons.
